In collaboration with New Orleans’ premier venue, the New Orleans Jazz and Blues Market, guests sailing on Journey of Jazz ’27 will enjoy performances in this intimate 370-seat space, featuring a full-service bar, jazz library, and digital archive.
On January 27, the venue will host NEA Jazz Master and 2026 Grammy nominee Donald Harrison, a former Jazz Messenger and Big Chief of the Congo Square Afro-New Orleans Cultural Group. Known for his signature “Nouveau Swing” sound—a dynamic blend of jazz, funk, R&B, and soul—Harrison delivers high-energy performances that invite guests to get on their feet. One of New Orleans’ most respected musicians, he has performed with icons such as Miles Davis, Ron Carter, and Lena Horne, while also mentoring the next generation of stars including Jon Batiste, Trombone Shorty, and Esperanza Spalding.
