Angler is a Michelin starred restaurant that opened on September 18th, 2018 as the second restaurant from Saison Hospitality and was named both GQ and Esquire’s Best New Restaurant of the Year. Angler serves a seafood focused menu where every dish is touched by fire in some way and the exquisite dining room provides views of an expansive wood burning hearth and the San Francisco Bay.
Menu: Most dishes at this Michelin-starred seafood restaurants have been kissed by fire. The special three course menu will begin with an appetizer such as embered oysters with smoked chili butter or cold smoked salt and pepper squab. Main courses might include aged black cod with charred sugar snap peas and green garlic or grilled skate wing with tamari brown butter and capers. Refreshing desserts include coconut sorbet or a soft serve sundae.
