Menu: Chefs Nancy Oakes and Dana Younkin create pitch-perfect combinations where every element on the complexly assembled plate works together. For an appetizer King salmon carpaccio and artichoke fritters with summer truffles are drizzled with black caraway carrot oil. For main courses, roasted hen may be surrounded by white corn and chanterelles, summer squash, leek-braised hen sausage and arugula pistou. Desserts are just as intricate: blueberry and lemon sour cream cake accompanied by white peach pudding, peach sherbet and huckleberry sauce.
