Soon to be located in the San Francisco Ferry Building, Parachute is the newest Bakery location to hit the San Francisco food scene. Founded by Chef Alex Hong, Chef at the Michelin Starred Restaurant Sorrel, the bakery will debut in June and will feature treats in the Viennoiserie tradition. Chef Alex Hong and Michael Bauer will be working closely together to create a unique experience for our Journey of Jazz Guests, including a behind-the-scenes tour of the new space.

Menu Description: Chef Alex Hong earned a Michelin star at his Sorrel restaurant and our guests will get a preview of his new restaurant and bakery in the Ferry Building.
