Step 1 in Completing Your Reservation
The first step in completing your reservation depends upon whether you are sailing on Botti at Sea ’24 or if you are not sailing. Click on the appropriate action bar and follow the prompts.
I am sailing on Botti at Sea ’24 and wish to reserve a stateroom for ’25
Exclusive Right to Book Current Stateroom. From now through February 11, 2024, Guests sailing on Botti at Sea ’24 (“’24 Guests”) have the exclusive right to reserve their current stateroom for Botti at Sea II.
Completing a Rebooking Reservation.’24 Guests should have received an email on January 16, 2024 which included rebooking instructions, together with a unique reservation token and promo code enabling a ’24 Guest to reserve their current stateroom for Botti at Sea II. If any ’24 Guest did not receive this email, please contact the office at 888.852.9987 or [email protected].
Selecting a Different Stateroom. If you prefer to sail in a different stateroom in ‘25, first proceed with rebooking your current stateroom. Then, notify Jazz Cruises of your preferred stateroom selection. After February 11th, our team will work to accommodate all requests pending availability.
Deposit. A deposit will be due at the time of the reservation. No other payment will be due until March 10, 2024.
Pricing. The Past Guest Cruise Price for a ’24 Guest was included in the January 16, 2024 email. Again, If any ’24 Guest did not receive this email or their token, please contact the office at 888.852.9987 or [email protected].
I am NOT sailing on Botti at Sea ’24 and wish to reserve a stateroom for ’25
Pre-Sale Reservations for Guests NOT on Botti at Sea ’24. Now through February 11, 2024, Guests on Botti at Sea ’24 have the right to rebook their current stateroom on Botti at Sea II. While Botti at Sea ’24 Guests are going through their Rebooking Process, you can establish your priority for Botti at Sea II by completing a Pre-Sale Reservation.
- A Pre-Sale Reservation is neither a guarantee of, nor an obligation to complete a Reservation.
- A Pre-Sale Reservation secures a Guest’s opportunity to select a stateroom and complete a reservation.
- As completed, Pre-Sale Reservations are sorted and placed in one of several “waves” which will be activated in series.
Stateroom Selection. Pre-Sale Reservations will be activated in various waves in late February, 2024. Once your Pre-Sale Reservation is activated, you may proceed to select any available stateroom and complete your reservation.
Deposit. Pre-Sale Reservations require a deposit of $500/stateroom, which will be applied towards the final cost of the stateroom.
Pricing. The Standard Cruise Price listed on the Pricing page are for New Guests. If you have sailed on a Jazz Cruises’ program in the past, your Cruise Price will be based upon your Jazz Cruises sailing history. To learn what Cruise Price applies to you, please contact the office.
Please Note – Only one cabinmate from each stateroom needs to complete a Pre-Sale Reservation. All other cabinmate information will be collected during the stateroom selection process.
