Beringer Vineyards

This tour departs San Francisco taking into the St Helena appellation, and we are indeed honored to be able to include the historic and beautiful Beringer Vineyards. Beringer Vineyards embodies the timeless appeal and seductive flavor of the Napa Valley. As the region’s oldest and continuously operating winery, Beringer is an American wine icon built on 145 years of winemaking tradition.
Located in the of the heart of Beringer’s picturesque property, we have created a private tasting experience in the world-renowned event space, the Hudson House. Built in the mid-1800s, the Hudson House was the home of founder, Jacob Beringer. This is a seated tasting where guests will learn how four Beringer wines interact with the following items: Salt, slice of lemon, slice of apple, aged gouda and a creamy brie. Cause and effect deductive tasting takes you through the nuances of why a wine looks, smells and tastes the way it does.

Our next winery on your historic wine tour needs little to no introduction. Founded by Dan and Margaret Duckhorn in 1976, Duckhorn Vineyards has been crafting classic Napa Valley wines for 40 years. This winemaking tradition has grown to include seven Estate vineyards, located throughout the microclimates of the Napa Valley. At the private portfolio tasting, you will enjoy six current-release wines from across their portfolio. Anchored by phenomenal Napa Valley wines and service from their stellar wine specialists, tasting at Duckhorn has long been regarded as a “don’t miss” winery visit. Seven-time winners of the Top 100 wineries in the World award.
This private experience includes a full seated lunch with wine service tasting in their beautiful open-aired canopied garden area adjacent to the Estate vineyard. Upon arrival, you will receive a welcome splash of wine. On a walking tour over to the Estate Vineyard, you will learn about Duckhorn’s history and winemaking practices. Your private lunch experience provides an ambient temperature, family-style platters, paired with tasting sized pours of four different wines from the Duckhorn Portfolio, which could include wines from Duckhorn Vineyards, Goldeneye, Paraduxx and Migration.
